Eternal Light is the third and most recent volume in the Living Chassidus series, whose goal is to bring the timeless teachings of Chassidus to life, with practical day-to-day application.
The three current volumes are
- Eternal Life is a ma’amar (Chassidic discourse) delivered by the Lubavitcher Rebbe on Shabbos Parshas Korach, 3 Tamuz 5718 (1958), beginning with the words of King David: “For He has placed our souls in life and has not allowed our feet to falter.” This ma’amar was subsequently edited by the Rebbe and published as “Kuntres Gimmel Tamuz 5749”.
- Eternal Reign is a ma’amar (Chassidic Discourse) delivered by the Lubavitcher Rebbe on Acharon Shel Pesach (the final day of Pesach) 5746 (1986). It was subsequently edited by the Rebbe and published in 5748 (1988), ahead of the first anniversary of the Hei Teves celebration.
- Eternal Light is a ma’amar (Chassidic Discourse) delivered by the Lubavitcher Rebbe on Zos Chanukah (the final day of Chanukah) 5746 (1986). It was subsequently edited by the Rebbe and published four years later, ahead of Zos Chanukah 5750 (1989).
